Chevron (CVX)

Chevron Corp. said Friday its third-quarter earnings fell to $3.8 billion, or $1.92 a share, from $7.9 billion, or $3.85 a share, in the year-ago period. Total revenues fell to $46.6 billion from $78.9 billion.
Earnings topped Street views by big margin
